High Intensity Interval Training – HIIT Class

Get ready to work hard, sweat and build muscle strength all without lifting weights!! All fitness levels are welcome! The class is designed to the fit the needs of everyone SAFELY. Every exercise can be tailored to your fitness level.

Here’s how the class works:

  • Interval (Anaerobic) Training: High intensity exercises followed by short periods of rest.
  • Strength Training: No weights, we will be relying on our own bodies to build strength!
  • Core Training: Your body has 29 core muscles located mostly in your back, abdomen and pelvis. We are going to work the core to promote strength and stability.
  • Stretching and Cool Down: Stretching after our workout will increase range of motion as well as assist with injury prevention.

  • Kid Friendly Zone! I have kids and a lot of us do! there will be a spot for the kids to play while we focus on our workout. (Parents bring kids at their own risk)
